The following is how to use the high-frequency heating machine:
1. Supply air first, then turn on the main switch of the three-phase power supply, and then turn on the main power switch on the electric box. If there is a high-frequency switch, do not turn it on for the time being, and then press the power supply to start. At this time, the vacuum tube and the heat mold start to preheat. .
2. Add insulation to the lower mold, install the upper mold on the upper plate, press the mold trial switch, and start debugging the joint position of the upper and lower molds. If the connection is not good, move the lower mold. Adjust the parallel screw.
3. After the mold is adjusted, adjust the three time controllers (if it is a pedal machine, only the high-frequency time), the high-frequency delay means that the upper mould runs until the lower mould is pressed and starts to count, and the high-frequency time is the output time. The cooling time is the curing time. The above three times need to be applied flexibly, and there is no fixed value.
4. If the mold is tested, the spacing of the capacitors needs to be adjusted to a wider range.
5. If the above operation has exceeded 10-15 minutes, and the temperature has reached the required level, turn on the high-frequency switch and start the operation test.
6. During the test, if the effect is not satisfactory, the capacitor needs to be added slowly (reduce the distance of the capacitor plate), and watch the ammeter (the value of the meter is different for different models, please refer to the manual). Check the product, if it is not ideal, add or subtract the capacitance until it meets the requirements.
7. The effect of the finished product is determined by the following four aspects: temperature, power output, pressure, and welding time.
