This equipment is mainly used for surface hardening of various complex shapes of steel and cast iron parts (small and medium modulus gears, machine tool guide rails, sprockets, camshafts, crankshafts, spline shafts, etc.).
3. The composition of the equipment
1. Oscillator cabinet: built-in tube oscillator, voltage stabilizer, control circuit, monitoring instrument, tank coil, tank capacitor, etc. The quenching transformer is installed on the right side of the cabinet.
2. Power cabinet: built-in voltage regulating control device, Infineon IGBT, etc.
3. Transformer cabinet: built-in transformer.

5. Water supply of equipment
1. Total water consumption: 5000 liters/hour.

4. The resistance of water is not less than 4000 ohms/cubic centimeter.
5. The water inlet pipe of the equipment is Φ1" steel pipe and two 1" steel pipes.
6. The drain pipes are Φ1″ steel pipes and two 1″ steel pipes. In order to save water, a reservoir should be set up, and the water discharged from the equipment should be recycled for use, and the capacity of the water tank should not be less than 15 cubic meters.
